View molecules in the 3D domain form, including primary, secondary, tertirary and quaternary structures.

As of now one can only view molecules using their molecular bonds. It is much easier to interpret molecules from designation of their domains. Eg. beta sheets, helical domains, coiled coils etc. This feature reduce screen clutter, therefore improving the clarity of the molecule with emphasis on its 3D conformation (the most important aspect of biological molecules); and also improve the lag time of molecule manipulation with the touch screen interface.

Agreed. As discussed here, this, along with the ability to load custom structures, will be required for this to be an everyday scientific tool. My first priority is the loading of custom structures, but immediately after I get that taken care of I will work on this.
