Yes, I thought that would be more of a problem now that people can download many more common compounds via PubChem. It will require a new data model on the backend, but I was going to do that anyway to simplify the codebase and add double and triple bond support. It most definitely will come before some of the other more complex features that people have requested, but my focus right now is on overall rendering performance.
