About the best way that I can think of for recording movies of the application in action would be do register as an iOS developer for free, download the latest SDK, download the source code to Molecules from this site, and then compile and run that source code in the iOS Simulator that comes with the SDK. You can then use something like QuickTime or ScreenFlow to record the screen of the simulator and create a movie from that.
It's not easy, but that would be one way to do this. There currently isn't any functionality like this in the application, nor do I have any immediate plans to add this, due to the amount of stuff I've yet to fix or add in the application that I feel is a higher priority.
