http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/crash-caused-adding-new-variable

First off all you did a really great work..

But sometimes the App on my iPad 2 crashes if i add a new variable and change it to a custom "letter".
Don't know how to post those crash reports so i actually can't link them in here. The crash appears usually
1 to 2 times per bigger equation. For example i tried it with this one:

http://upload.wikimedia.org/math/9/f/9/9f9bbb6abdfc6c8d839689359aa15bdd.png

Don't know if it depends on indizes or something. I will keep trying what could cause the Problem.

http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/multiplication-variables

The multiplication sign is removed when it involves variables, but when you put in values for the variables, it doesn't get put back in, as it would if you were writing on paper.

When you put the values 1 and 2 into 4 a c (part of the quadratic theorem), you get 4 1 2, rather than 4·1·2.

http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/odd-roots

I found an issue trying to evaluate the cubic root of -8. The solution is obviously -2, still I got no answer. I've also tryed to evaluate some others easy odd roots of negative numbers still obtaining no answer but a charmful red question mark :P

http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/digital-precision-glitch

I found that if I entered the equation pi / 2 = it gives 1.570796326794896619231321691639751. But, if I enter pi / (sqrt(4)) =, the result is 1.5707963267949, dropping off more than half the digital precision. Since sqrt (4) = 2, there shouldn't be a drop in the accuracy. Likewise, sqrt(2) = 1.4142135623731, and entering pi / 1.4142135623731 gives 2.221441469079175346183819909950998, but entering pi / (sqrt(2)) = 2.22144146907918.

There seems to be similar results with the log and trigonometric functions.

http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/picking-email-address-contact-list

Just bought Pi Cubed as it looks very interesting and useful, but am having an issue with emailing a PDF formula. From the email screen, when I try to select a contact (by pressing the "+" in the circle on the "To:" line) the contacts come up in portrait orientation only halfway up the screen but still in landscape width, so I can't easily select anything or click on any buttons.

This is on an iPod Touch 2nd gen with OS 3.1.1

http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/pi-cubed-custom-save

After creating and saving a cutom calculation with a variable letter and description on the answer side. Then opening the saved calculation the answer side of the equation loses the variable letter and description which is replaced with the generic red question mark.

Now, I have one more crash trying to delete equations in the built-in library:
