There should be a "Default angle type" setting which lets you choose radians or degrees.

I plan on integrating this setting within the interface when I add support for numerical units, but until then you can access it there.
pubDate Sat, 08 Aug 2009 17:59:14 +0000 dc:creator Brad Larson guid false comment 413 at http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com I don't see the option to http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/pi-cubed-question#comment-411
I don't see the option to switch from radians to degrees in trig functions. By signal processing I mean linear algebra type functions
that allow you to derive algebraic transforms (DCTs, FFTs, etc.) Here is a link that explains
it well. http://www.ece.cmu.edu/~smart/research.html

I think it would go hand in hand with the matrix linear algebra stuff you intend to add.

Many thanks for your hard work.
pubDate Wed, 05 Aug 2009 13:34:34 +0000 dc:creator apalomba guid false comment 408 at http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com As you can see here, matrix http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/pi-cubed-question#comment-407
As you can see here, matrix math is a highly-requested function, so I'm working on incorporating it within the application. I have a few things I'd like to add first, such as unit conversions, but I'm planning on getting that in there sooner rather than later.

As far as signal processing goes, what kind of calculations would you like to see? It's not an area that I tend to spend a lot of time in myself (I mostly work on robotics, plasma systems, and biological applications), so I'm open to suggestions.
pubDate Wed, 05 Aug 2009 02:41:30 +0000 dc:creator Brad Larson guid false comment 407 at http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com
